Job summary

Soliant is seeking a dedicated school-based Speech-Language Pathologist to work full time in a supportive educational setting. This contract role focuses on providing both in-person and teletherapy services, helping students develop essential communication skills.

You will assess, plan and deliver therapy, collaborate with teachers and families, and document progress in a compliant manner. The position offers competitive compensation and benefits, and the posting remains open for 60 days.

Qualifications

• Current or eligible SLP license required.
• CCC-SLP strongly preferred; CFY candidates welcome.
• Experience in pediatric and school-based settings valued.
• Proficiency with teletherapy platforms is a plus.
• Strong communication, organization, and documentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students.
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
• Deliver direct therapy—onsite and virtual—to support diverse student needs.
• Monitor and document student progress, adjusting interventions as needed.
• Consult with teachers and families to support students’ communication development.
• Participate in multi-disciplinary meetings and foster an inclusive educational environment.
