Job summary

Soliant Health is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to join a dynamic school team for the full academic year. This full-time contract offers a supportive environment with opportunities to grow skills and impact students’ progress in educational settings.

Qualified candidates will have a valid SLP license and CCC-SLP, along with experience in pediatric services and strong collaboration and organizational abilities.

Qualifications

• Valid SLP license and CCC-SLP required.
• Experience in K-12 or pediatric speech-language services valued.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
• Ability to create IEPs and monitor progress.
• Experience with a range of speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations, assessments, and screenings for students requiring speech-language support.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans targeting students’ specific needs.
• Provide direct therapy sessions, both individually and in small groups, within school settings.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation per district and legal guidelines.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care and support students’ academic and social goals.
