Job summary

Soliant is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist for a full-time contract role covering the entire school year in a supportive K-12 environment. You will work with teachers, students, and families to address communication needs and foster growth.

Experience in school-based SLP services is preferred. The role involves assessment, therapy, IEP development, collaboration, and thorough documentation to support student progress and long-term growth.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Active state SLP license and ASHA CCCs (or eligibility to obtain).
• Experience in school settings preferred.
• Strong communication, documentation, and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for students with speech, language, voice, or fluency disorders.
• Develop and implement IEPs tailored to each student's needs.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student learning and progress.
• Maintain accurate records and participate in meetings, including eligibility and progress reviews.
• Provide support within inclusive and specialized classroom settings.
