Job summary

Soliant is seeking two dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists to support K-12 students in a school setting for the full school year. The role offers both full-time and part-time options in a contract arrangement designed for clinicians to grow their skills.

You will assess and treat communication disorders, collaborate with teachers and families, and help students achieve their goals while maintaining accurate records and contributing to IEPs.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required.
• Valid SLP-CCC certification required.
• Experience in a school setting is highly desirable.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
• Ability to manage a diverse K-12 caseload with enthusiasm and care.
• California state licensure or eligibility as an SLP.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech, language, or communication disorders.
• Deliver effective therapy sessions to students across all grade levels (K-12), both individually and in groups.
• Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and other staff to promote positive student outcomes.
• Maintain accurate records and contribute to IEP development and meetings.
• Adapt therapy approaches to meet varied student needs throughout the school year.
