Job summary

Soliant is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for a contract in a school setting. You will support students with a caseload of 55–60, delivering direct and consultative services during the academic year.

The role requires an active SLP license and CCC-SLP, with experience in school-based therapy and strong communication skills. Start is immediate, with assignments through the school year.

Qualifications

• Active SLP license is required.
• CCC-SLP certification required.
• Experience delivering school-based therapy is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills essential.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, diverse school setting.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders.
• Develop and implement IEP goals tailored to student needs.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Maintain detailed records and progress documentation.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student planning.
• Deliver direct and consultative services to students within caseload.
