BAYADA Home Health Care in Dartmouth, MA is seeking a Scheduling Coordinator to support daily operations for Bristol County coverage. This on-site role coordinates client service schedules and caregiver rotations, ensuring continuity of care and timely responses.

You will work with Client Services Managers, manage referrals, and maintain records. The position offers Monday–Friday hours, on-site work, and opportunities to grow with a national home health care provider.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year scheduling experience preferred.
• 2+ years customer service experience required.
• Strong phone presence and interpersonal communication skills.
• Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Assist Client Services Managers with scheduling and call-out coverage.
• Coordinate client service schedules to ensure continuity of care.
• Enter and maintain caregiver schedules and client referrals accurately.
• Communicate with clients regarding service start dates and scheduling updates.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and caregivers.
• Support onboarding and training logistics for newly hired caregivers.
• Collaborate with CSMs and office leadership to support daily operations.
• Manage changing priorities in a high-volume environment.
• Maintain accurate records and data entry in office systems.
• Deliver exceptional client and employee experiences.
