CornerStone Professional Placement is seeking a Sales Support & Warehouse Operations Coordinator for a technology industry client in the Hurst, TX area. The role is onsite and focuses on order processing, customer support, inventory, and shipping coordination to keep shipments moving on time.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in sales support, order processing, customer service, office operations, shipping, inventory, or a related function.
• Experience working in a professional office environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Comfortable working independently and making day-to-day decisions.
• Strong customer service and professional communication skills.
• Ability to research solutions and troubleshoot issues independently.
• Shipping, inventory, supply chain, or UPS WorldShip experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders and ensure information is accurate and complete.
• Support multiple sales teams with order processing, customer needs, and day-to-day operational requests.
• Receive incoming products and prepare outgoing customer shipments using UPS and FedEx.
• Maintain inventory records and assist with physical inventory counts.
• Track shipments and research delivery, documentation, or shipping issues as they arise.
• Assist with domestic and international shipping; international shipping experience is not required.
