Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands seeks a Sales Support Coordinator for our Abilene, TX branch. This fully onsite role supports branch operations, customer service, and sales with admin tasks to ensure a smooth customer experience.

The ideal candidate has customer service or administrative experience, strong communication, and comfort with ERP/POS systems and MS Office. Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–5:00 PM, Abilene, TX.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service, cashiering, sales support, or administrative experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable with computers, email, and MS Office.
• Experience with ERP or POS systems such as JD Edwards is an asset.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask in a moderately fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers entering and leaving the branch.
• Process customer transactions accurately per company policies.
• Handle cashiering duties, including receipts and deposits.
• Support the sales team with administrative tasks.
• Answer phone calls, take messages, and assist inquiries.
• Maintain showroom organization and clean checkout area.
• Utilize ERP/POS systems and Microsoft Office for daily tasks.
• Assist with coding and general office support tasks.
• Perform additional projects as assigned.
