Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands in Abilene, TX is seeking a Sales Support Coordinator for a fully onsite role supporting branch operations, customer service, and the sales team in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, processing transactions, assisting with documentation, and coordinating with ERP/POS systems; prior customer service or admin experience is preferred; Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–5:00 PM with no travel.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service, cashiering, sales support, or administrative experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working with computers, email systems, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with ERP or POS systems such as JD Edwards is an asset.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a moderately fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow within the company.
• Dependable and seeking a long-term opportunity.

Work Environment
