Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking a Sales Support Coordinator to join our Abilene, TX branch on a fully onsite basis. This role supports branch operations, customer service, and the sales team in a collaborative environment.

You will greet customers, process transactions, handle cashiering duties, and assist with administrative tasks using ERP/POS systems and Microsoft Office. A positive attitude and attention to detail are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service, cashiering, sales support, or administrative experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with computers, email, and Microsoft Office.
• Experience with ERP or POS systems such as JD Edwards is an asset.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask in a moderately fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow within the company.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers entering the branch.
• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently in accordance with company policies.
• Handle cashiering duties, including receipts, refunds, and deposits.
• Support the sales team with administrative and coordination tasks.
• Answer incoming phone calls, take messages, and assist with customer inquiries.
• Maintain showroom organization, inventory, and checkout area cleanliness.
