Job summary

Everstory Partners in Chesapeake, VA is seeking a Sales Manager to lead all sales initiatives and practices. You will develop and coach our frontline Sales Counselors, driving performance through a customer-focused experience and ensuring offerings meet families’ needs during their time of loss.

You will collaborate with sales staff to achieve goals, monitor location activities, and guide hiring, promotion, and training while maintaining company policies and strong client relations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales experience with proven track record, preferably in a B2C industry.
• 1 year of supervisory or management experience.
• Proven leadership ability, excellent customer service, sales and communication skills.
• Ability to supervise, motivate, and train sales personnel; can handle employee relations and performance issues.

Responsibilities

• Lead all sales initiatives and practices for Everstory Partners.
• Develop and coach front-line Sales Counselors to improve performance.
• Monitor location production and drive attainment of sales goals.
• Oversee hiring, promotion, and training of staff; enforce company policies.
• Present effectively to current and potential clients and coordinate with departments.
