Job summary

JoB Training & Coaching in Lafayette/West Lafayette, IN is seeking a strategic Sales Manager to lead our education products sales team and growth initiatives across domestic markets.

The role requires 10+ years total experience with 8–15+ years in B2B sales, direct education market experience, and strong Excel analytics for forecasting.

You will coach 10–20+ reps, shape territory plans, partner with Marketing and Product, and push for market expansion while maintaining onsite presence.

Qualifications

• 10+ years total professional experience with 8–15+ years in dedicated B2B sales.
• Industry background with direct selling into K-12 education, higher education, government, SaaS/EdTech, educational products, publishing, or consultative B2B markets.
• Leadership experience managing teams of 10–20+ sales professionals across multiple territories.
• High proficiency in Excel for tracking sales analytics, pipeline metrics, and territory forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a sales team of 10–20+ across multiple domestic territories.
• Develop strategic plans to grow revenue across K-12 and higher education markets.
• Forecast revenue, set KPIs, and track performance with analytics tools.
• Partner with Marketing and Product teams to ensure successful product launches.
