Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years total experience with 8–15+ years in B2B sales.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a 10–20+ sales representatives across multiple domestic territories.
• Set clear sales goals, metrics, and accountability standards.
• Drive a consultative, customer-focused sales culture to meet targets.
• Oversee territory planning, revenue forecasting, and KPI tracking.
