Qualifications

• 10+ years of total professional experience, featuring 8–15+ years of dedicated B2B sales experience.
• Industry background: candidate should have sold into K–12 education, higher education, government, SaaS/EdTech, or related B2B markets.
• Leadership scope: experience managing 10–20+ sales professionals across multiple territories.
• Technical & analytics: high proficiency in Excel for tracking sales analytics, pipeline metrics and forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and coach a high-performing team of 10–20+ sales representatives across multiple domestic territories.
• Establish clear sales goals, performance metrics, and accountability standards.
• Drive a collaborative, consultative sales culture centered on achieving targets.
• Conduct regular performance reviews with actionable feedback.
