Job summary

JoB Training & Coaching is seeking a strategic Sales Manager to lead a 10–20+ person sales team and expand revenue across K-12 and higher education markets. This onsite role in Lafayette/West Lafayette, IN requires 10+ years of total experience and 8–15+ years in B2B sales, with strong Excel analytics skills and a collaboration-forward approach.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of total professional experience.
• 8–15+ years of dedicated B2B sales experience.
• Leadership experience managing 10–20+ sales professionals across multiple territories.
• High proficiency in Excel for tracking sales analytics, pipeline metrics, and territory forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a 10–20+ sales team across domestic territories to meet targets.
• Develop strategic sales plans to grow revenue in K-12 and higher education markets.
• Partner with Marketing and Product teams to enable successful product launches and messaging.
