The candidate will drive market expansion, oversee revenue forecasting, and collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to launch education-focused solutions to institutions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years total professional experience in sales leadership roles.
• 8–15+ years of dedicated B2B sales experience.
• Directly sold into K–12, higher education, or edtech markets preferred.
• Led teams of 10–20+ sales professionals across multiple territories.
• Strong proficiency in Excel for tracking analytics and forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and coach a high-performing sales team of 10–20+ members across domestic territories.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to grow revenue in education markets.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to enable successful product launches.
• Establish clear sales goals, performance metrics, and accountability standards.
