Job summary

United Rentals seeks an Academy Safety Trainer to deliver safety training to customers and their operators on site or at customer locations. You will develop customized training solutions, schedule sessions, and monitor progress while aligning with regulatory standards.

This role requires a bachelor’s degree, at least 2 years of safety training experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to travel ~70% of the time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of safety training delivery experience.
• Experience in train-the-trainer programs or safety education preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver customer safety training on site or at customer locations.
• Develop customized safety training solutions based on customer needs.
• Schedule, conduct, and monitor safety training programs; coordinate with sales and operations.
