Job summary

United Rentals is seeking a Trainer for the United Academy to deliver world-class safety and equipment operator training programs. This role is vital in identifying training needs and ensuring regulatory compliance.

You will work with sales and operations teams to develop training solutions and improve workforce development. Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree and extensive experience in training delivery and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in delivering equipment operator or workforce development training.
• Strong understanding of OSHA, ANSI, CSA, MSHA safety regulations.
• Bilingual (Spanish) preferred in select markets.

Responsibilities

• Deliver instructor-led safety and equipment operator training programs.
• Conduct practical evaluations and manage training activities.
• Communicate training schedules and market intelligence to teams.
