Job summary

United Rentals is seeking an Academy Trainer to deliver world-class safety and equipment operator training for customers and internal teams. You will work with Sales, Operations, and branches to identify needs, develop programs, and drive training revenue.

The role requires facilitating engaging sessions, evaluating competency, and ensuring regulatory compliance across sites. Strong LMS and CRM experience is preferred, with a valid driver's license and a bachelor's degree.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of college and work experience.
• Experience delivering equipment operator, safety, industrial, or workforce development training programs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver instructor-led safety and equipment operator training programs for customers and United Rentals employees.
• Conduct practical evaluations and Train-the-Trainer programs.
• Utilize LMS, mobile apps, simulators, and blended learning solutions to enhance training.
• Maintain training records, evaluations, certifications, and customer documentation.
• Partner with Sales, Operations, and branch teams to identify training opportunities and support revenue growth.
