Qualifications

• Fluent in English, written and verbal.
• 5+ years of fleet, transportation, logistics, construction EHS, or related experience.
• Experience in large construction, industrial, infrastructure, manufacturing, or data center environments.
• Strong knowledge of traffic management, struck-by hazards, mobile equipment, and vehicle-pedestrian safety.
• Experience overseeing fleet vehicles, deliveries, buggies, carts, or UTVs.
• Experience conducting field inspections, incident investigations, and corrective-action follow-up.
• Strong contractor coordination, communication, documentation, and independent judgment skills.
• Construction logistics or large-scale data center experience strongly.
• OSHA 30, transportation-safety, defensive-driving, or recognized EHS certification.
• Very polished and comfortable communicating with construction management, contractors, and drivers.
• Approximately 70% field-based and 30% administrative/coordination work

Responsibilities

• Serve as an owner’s representative for safety
• Duties as required by 1926 OSHA Standards for Construction
• Ensure compliance for the safety of site workers and general public
• Develop safety kick-off presentations and conduct on-site orientations and pre-shift meetings
• Conduct daily site safety inspections, safety assessments and safety audits
• Investigate incidents and complete associated paperwork
• Conduct risk assessments
• Make recommendations concerning modification or removal of hazardous equipment
• Compile daily, weekly, and monthly reports as requested by management or customer
• Maintain all safety related documentation
