• Lead incident investigations and implement corrective actions.
• Deliver employee orientations, toolbox talks, and ongoing safety training.
• Review Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs), permits, and pre-task plans.
• Maintain compliance documentation and project safety records.
• Partner with supervision and craft personnel to improve site safety performance.
• Promote proactive hazard identification and risk mitigation strategies.
