Vantage Data Centers is seeking an on-site Manager, Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) in Reno, NV to elevate safety culture and reduce risk across data centers and construction sites.

You will partner with operations, security, construction, compliance, HR, and legal to implement robust EHS programs, train staff, and improve incident response with data-driven insights. A degree in EHS or related field is preferred, with 5+ years of experience and travel up to 5%.

Qualifications

• Degree in Environmental Health & Safety or related science/engineering field, with risk management coursework.
• Minimum 5+ years of progressive EHS experience across multiple sites.
• Willingness to travel up to 5% as the business evolves.

Responsabilités

• Ensure adherence to health and safety standards, policies, and practices across data centers and construction sites.
• Conduct health and safety audits and develop improvement plans with risk-based controls.
• Develop on-site emergency plans, business continuity, and incident investigations.
• Monitor safety metrics and present results to leadership for action and accountability.
• Lead and harmonize EHS programs across the Vantage portfolio.
