Harder Mechanical Contractors Inc., based in the western region, seeks a Project Safety Manager for a Sparks, NV data center project. You will implement safety standards, coordinate with project teams, and drive a zero-injury program to protect workers on site.

You will lead inspections, incident investigations, and safety training, ensuring compliance with OSHA and site-specific requirements while supporting the project schedule and quality goals.

Qualifications

• Proficient in construction safety standards and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to inspect, analyze, and report on safety incidents and trends.
• Experience leading safety programs on multi-site construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Apply construction safety standards and regulations on site.
• Coordinate with project management and field supervision to maintain safe work.
• Perform frequent site inspections as on-site Competent Person.
