MasTec Renewables, part of the MasTec family, seeks an on-site Safety Administrative Support for our renewable construction projects. You will assist the Safety Manager and Coordinator, handle documentation, and coordinate safety trainings on-site.

Location involves traveling to project sites across the US for 12 weeks or more, with per diem and a mobilization stipend provided to assist with living and travel costs.

Qualificações

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's program studying Safety Management, Occupational Safety or Construction Management or a related field
• Maintain a GPA of 2.9 or higher
• Proficiency in MS Office to manage safety documentation and reporting

Responsabilidades

• Assist with entering drug and alcohol testing results
• Scan employment documentation and log into system as needed
• Assist in preparing employee DOT files
• Enter training rosters into Learning Zone or Training Database
• Coordinate and present safety training to support requirements
• Maintain safety binders and manuals
• Order, track and ship safety supplies
