MasTec Renewables seeks a Safety Coordinator to assist Safety Managers across job sites and support safety functions for assigned projects. Travel throughout the US is required to cover sites and client needs.

Responsibilities include coordinating safety training, leading safety initiatives, reviewing incident reports, and helping implement jobsite safety plans to ensure compliance and safety excellence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• One year of construction experience preferred.
• Ability to take reasonable care of health and safety on site.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and present safety training for job sites and client requirements.
• Provide safety leadership to promote strong safety performance.
• Assist with incident reports and injury management as needed.
• Assist in executing jobsite safety plans.
• Support safety policies and SOPs and ensure proper documentation.
