Job summary

CoVolt Power is seeking an intermediate level Site Safety professional with a developmental path toward promotion to Safety Specialist III. This role reports to the Site Safety Manager and collaborates with Construction Manager, Superintendents, Field Staff, Owners, and Subcontractors.

Responsibilities include promoting safety culture, supporting injury prevention plans for electrical infrastructure, and ensuring regulatory compliance at construction sites.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in construction safety management or related field.

Responsibilities

• Promote safety culture and company core principles.
• Represent Signal Energy professionally with clients and subcontractors.
• Assist Site Safety Manager with injury/illness prevention plans for project worksites.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and project safety plans.
• Conduct audits, inspections, and surveillance per the plan.
• Verify training and safety readiness of personnel.
• Identify unsafe acts and correct them.
• Assist in developing and maintaining project safety plans.
