Job summary

Locus Robotics is seeking an Onsite Support Engineer, Robotics, to be the face of our robotics fleet at a customer site in Southaven, MS. You will troubleshoot, optimize, and ensure peak performance of autonomous robots while fostering strong customer relationships.

The role requires onsite presence Mon-Fri 9:00 AM–5:00 PM and involves working with cross-functional teams to improve operations and drive KPIs. Base salary ranges from $50k to $90k plus bonus and equity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or related technical field.
• 1+ years of experience in warehouse operations, robotics, automation, or technical customer-facing roles.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, including picking workflows, labor management, and productivity metrics.
• Hands-on experience troubleshooting hardware or software systems.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Serve as onsite owner of the Locus robotic fleet, monitoring health, activity, and workflows to maximize uptime.
• Manage and optimize workflows to meet throughput targets and KPIs.
• Perform onsite robot troubleshooting and repairs to maintain uptime.
• Conduct onsite testing, validation, and performance analysis for product development.
• Provide feedback on system performance, usability, and edge cases.
• Analyze operational data to generate insights and recommendations.
• Act as liaison between customer operations and internal teams.
• Develop and refine standard operating procedures and playbooks.
