Locus Robotics is seeking an Onsite Support Engineer, Robotics, to own and maintain the customer-facing robotic fleet at a customer site in North East, MD. You will troubleshoot hardware and software, monitor system health, and drive operational performance while engaging with customer teams to ensure uptime and satisfaction.

This role requires daily onsite presence, strong analytical skills, and the ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced, early-stage product deployment environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, industrial engineering, or a related technical field.
• 1+ years of experience in warehouse operations, robotics, automation, or technical customer-facing roles.
• Hands-on troubleshooting hardware or software systems, or strong technical aptitude with the ability to learn quickly.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the onsite owner of the Locus robotic fleet, monitoring system health, robot activity, task execution, and workflows to maximize uptime and performance.
• Proactively manage and optimize workflows to meet throughput targets and KPIs.
• Perform onsite robot troubleshooting and repairs to maintain uptime.
• Conduct onsite testing, validation, and performance analysis to support product development.
• Provide structured feedback on system performance, usability, and edge cases.
