Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions is seeking a Business Consultant to identify and cultivate new business opportunities through networking, channel partners, and self-generated leads. You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting to post-sale and implementation, negotiating pricing and terms with clients.

Responsibilities include building relationships, maintaining a robust CRM pipeline, and meeting monthly and quarterly quotas while coordinating with multiple teams in a fast-paced, on-site

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; sales experience preferred.
• Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce or similar).
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel domestically.

Responsibilities

• Proactively generate new business opportunities within the designated territory.
• Conduct thorough analysis, planning, and implementation of products and services tailored to meet client needs.
• Negotiate pricing and scope of service with prospective clients and finalize terms.
• Maintain accurate sales pipeline and forecast; achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
• Frequent domestic travel to attend team onsite meetings, client visits, and events.
