Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will serve in-person customers, provide tax preparation, advice, and software support, and grow the local client base through marketing and community engagement.

This role emphasizes on-site availability (20+ hours/week), a focus on customer relationships, and delivering accurate tax solutions in everyday language within a retail environment.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• Must possess state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per tax season using professional software.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax retail/flagship location, 20+ hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador, engaging with prospects and converting them into long-term clients.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax return preparation for TurboTax customers across simple to complex scenarios.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience through professionalism and genuine customer care.
