Intuit, Inc. is seeking highly motivated TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will provide hands-on tax preparation, tax advice, and software support, serving in-person customers while growing the local client base and fostering long-term relationships. The role emphasizes a proactive community presence, excellent customer service, and proficiency with tax regulations.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license preferred.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax return preparation and advice for TurboTax customers.
• Complete tax preparation and tax planning for personal and business scenarios.
• Grow TurboTax client base in the local community and through marketing support.
• Build long-term relationships and drive client loyalty in on-site locations.
• Assist customers using TurboTax products and software in a retail setting.
