Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking a TurboTax Retail Expert to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the United States.

You will provide in-person tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support, building trusted relationships with customers while expanding the local client base. You will engage with the community, lead outreach efforts, and leverage TurboTax resources to deliver accurate, personalized tax solutions.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license.
• Must have PTIN to file taxes.
• State licenses, certificates, or permits as required.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must be willing to work onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, 20+ hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax return prep and advice for TurboTax customers.
• Discover deductions, minimize tax liabilities, maximize refunds, and provide tax planning guidance.
• Engage with local community to grow TurboTax client base and foster loyalty.
• Deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.
