Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax Retail Experts to assist customers in-person at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will prepare tax returns, provide tax advice, and grow the local client base while delivering a best-in-class customer experience.

Applicants should possess active tax licenses (EA/CPA/Attny), PTIN, and state licenses, with 3+ years of tax filing experience. This is a full-time, on-site role with a strong pay-for-performance compensation plan.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Have an active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Must possess or be able to obtain related state licenses or permits.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns per season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 and professional tax software.
• Comfortable onsite at TurboTax location, 20+ hours/week, including weekends.
• Willing to wear TurboTax uniform and work in a front-facing retail environment.
• Strong customer service, communication, and community engagement skills.
• Ability to build local client base and online presence; English/Spanish a plus.
