Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking energetic TurboTax - Retail Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location across the United States.

You will advise customers, perform tax return preparation, and build a local client base while engaging with the community and leveraging marketing support. You will handle tax scenarios from simple to complex, deliver personalized solutions, and maintain a high standard of customer service in a front-facing retail setting.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA/CPA or attorney license required.
• PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Must hold or obtain state licenses/certificates/permits/bonds.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Onsite at TurboTax location, 20+ hours/week, weekends possible.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.
• Willing to wear TurboTax uniform; front-facing retail role.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador, representing TurboTax locally.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete prep services for customers.
• Build long-term client relationships and drive local client growth.
