Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location across the United States. You will serve as a trusted tax advisor, helping customers with full-service tax preparation and personalized guidance.

You will build the local client base, engage the community, and collaborate with TurboTax marketing support to grow your business while delivering an outstanding customer experience in a front-facing retail setting.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 tax returns per season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Onsite at a TurboTax retail/flagship location, Sunday–Saturday, minimum 20 hours/week.
• Interest in building a local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.
• Must wear a TurboTax uniform and work in a front-facing retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador representing TurboTax locally.
• Engage with prospects, nurture leads, and convert to long-term clients.
• Lead local marketing efforts with TurboTax support to grow client base.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions.
• Use government sources and tools to deliver accurate tax solutions.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and build long-term trust.
• Interact with customers in-person and via TurboTax video tools.
• Address client inquiries and help resolve tax challenges.
