Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will provide in-person tax preparation, advice, and software support to help customers achieve positive financial outcomes and grow the local client base. You will represent TurboTax in the community, build relationships, and deliver outstanding service in a front-facing retail environment.

Competenze

• Must have active EA/CPA/attorney license or be able to obtain.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax return preparation experience (30+ returns per season).
• Familiarity with Circular 230 and on-site retail work.

Mansioni

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete returns for TurboTax customers.
• Engage with the community and grow the local TurboTax client base.
• Deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail setting.
