Intuit, Inc. is hiring TurboTax Retail Experts to serve customers on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide in-person tax preparation, tax advice, and software support, while growing the local client base through outreach and community engagement.

You will work in a front-facing retail environment, using TurboTax tools to deliver accurate tax solutions in everyday language and build long-term relationships with clients.

Competenze

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience
• Have an active PTIN to file taxes
• Must possess or obtain related state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional software
• Familiarity with Circular 230
• Must be willing to work onsite at a TurboTax retail/flagship location, Sundays–Saturdays, for at least 20 hours/week
