Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking energetic TurboTax Retail Experts to serve customers on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations in the United States.

You will provide full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software/product support, while building lasting client relationships in the local community. The role emphasizes on-site availability, proactive outreach, and a customer-first approach, with opportunities to contribute to local marketing and growth.

Qualifications

• Licensed tax professional with an active EA/CPA/attorney credential and strong tax-prep experience.
• Active PTIN as required by law for filing taxes.
• Must possess or obtain relevant state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 returns per tax season using professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must work onsite at a TurboTax location Sunday–Saturday, at least 20 hours/week; hours may scale up.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform and work in a front-facing retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax return preparation for TurboTax customers.
• Assist with tax planning, deductions optimization, and amendments.
• Grow the local TurboTax client base through outreach and community engagement.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and build long-term client relationships.
• Participate in local marketing efforts and use TurboTax tools to support customers.
