Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking year-round TurboTax Retail Experts to join on-site teams at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will serve as a trusted advisor, delivering hands-on tax prep, tax advice, and software support to customers in person.

This non-exempt, onsite role emphasizes community engagement and growing the local TurboTax client base, with flexible 20+ hour weekly schedules, training, and benefits including a 401(k) match and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license.
• Must have PTIN to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state returns.
• Onsite availability 20 hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax preparation and tax advice for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to maximize deductions.
• Deliver accurate tax solutions using government sites and professional tools.
• Create a best-in-class customer experience and build long-term relationships.
