Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, tax advice, and software support to in-person customers, leveraging your tax expertise to deliver accurate solutions.

You will grow TurboTax’s client base within the local community, engage prospects, and build lasting relationships while delivering exceptional service. This is a part-time, on-site role requiring 20 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license for tax practice.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• State licenses, certificates, or bonds may be needed.
• Minimum 3 years of paid returns experience (30+).
• Familiarity with Circular 230 and onsite work.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax preparation and advice for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews for deductions and planning.
• Deliver accurate tax solutions using government resources and team input.
• Build local client relationships and nurture referrals to grow business.
• Represent TurboTax professionally in a front-facing retail setting.
