Job summary

Intuit is seeking highly motivated TurboTax Retail Experts to join our on-site teams at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations in the United States. You will serve in-person customers with tax expertise, providing full service tax prep, advice, and software support in a community-focused role.

You will help grow the local client base, engage with customers, and participate in local marketing. This is a non-exempt, on-site position requiring 20+ hours weekly and a TurboTax uniform.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license.
• PTIN to file taxes.
• Must possess state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Onsite at a TurboTax location 20 hours/week.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform.
• Front-facing retail environment experience.
• US resident.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador for TurboTax locally.
• Engage with prospects, nurture leads, and convert to clients.
• Lead local marketing with TurboTax support.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews for deductions and planning.
• Use government resources and tools to deliver accurate tax solutions.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and build long-term relationships.
• Interact with customers in-person and via TurboTax video tools.
• Address client inquiries and assist with tax challenges.
