Intuit, Inc. seeks year-round TurboTax Retail Experts to assist customers in-person at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You’ll provide tax preparation, advice, and software support while building a local client base and trusted relationships within the community.

The role is onsite, non-exempt, with hours that may vary and potential bonuses and benefits. A strong tax background and active licensing are required.

Qualifications

• Licensed tax professional (EA/CPA/attorney) with active status.
• PTIN required to file taxes; state licenses may be needed.
• Minimum 3 years of tax filing experience with professional software.

Responsibilities

• Represent TurboTax locally and serve as a trusted tax advisor.
• Provide hands-on tax preparation, tax advice, and software support.
• Grow the client base through local marketing and community engagement.
