Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the United States. You will provide full service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support to in-person customers, while helping grow the local client base and delivering excellent service.

This non-exempt role requires on-site presence, 20+ hours per week, and includes access to benefits and a performance-based rewards program.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax return preparation experience.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• Must be able to work onsite 20+ hours per week.

Responsabilités

• Provide in-person tax preparation and tax advice at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations.
• Grow client base through community engagement and local marketing.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and accurate tax solutions.
