Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at retail or flagship locations across the United States. You will provide full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support to in-person customers, while building a local client base and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Applicants should have active EA/CPA/attorney credentials, PTIN, and at least 3 years of tax return experience, with strong communication skills and a willingness to work 20+ hours per

Qualifications

• Active EA/CPA/attorney license or equivalent and strong tax prep experience.
• PTIN in good standing to file taxes; state licenses may be required.
• Minimum 3+ years preparing 1040 returns with software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 and tax rules; on-site work required.
• Ability to work in a front-facing retail environment and in English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax returns for TurboTax clients.
• Lead discovery sessions to maximize refunds and plan taxes for future.
• Interact with customers in-person and via TurboTax tools to resolve questions.
• Support local marketing efforts and grow client relationships in the community.
• Represent TurboTax as a proactive ambassador in retail locations.
