Intuit, Inc. is seeking year‑round TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the United States. You will provide full service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support to in-person customers, aiming to grow the local client base and foster long‑term relationships.

The role emphasizes community engagement, proactive outreach, and delivering exceptional customer experiences in a front‑facing retail setting.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active EA/CPA/attorney license.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns per season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 and IRS regulations.
• Onsite at TurboTax Retail/Flagship location, 20 hours/week minimum.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador and local TurboTax representative.
• Engage with prospects, nurture leads, and convert to long‑term clients.
• Lead local marketing efforts with TurboTax support to grow client base.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete return preparation.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions.
• Deliver accurate tax solutions in clear, everyday language.
