Job summary

Intuit is seeking experienced TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide full-service tax preparation, tax advice, and software support while engaging with the local community to grow the client base.

The role emphasizes hands-on tax expertise, customer care, and building long-term relationships with clients in a retail environment.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license required.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per tax season.
• Must reside in the United States and be onsite at TurboTax location.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus; strong client communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax returns for clients.
• Grow TurboTax client base through community outreach and referrals.
• Deliver high-quality customer experiences in a retail setting.
• Collaborate with TurboTax team to deliver accurate tax solutions.
