Job summary

Intuit Inc. seeks dedicated TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the United States, serving in-person customers with tax needs.

You will provide full-service tax preparation, tax advice, and software support while engaging with the local community. You’ll lead outreach, nurture client relationships, and leverage marketing resources to grow the TurboTax client base.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA/CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Must have or be able to obtain PTIN as required by law.
• Must possess or be able to obtain related state licenses/certificates.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns per season using professional tax software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax retail/flagship location, Sunday–Saturday, min 20 hours/week.
• Interest in building local and online presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform and work in a front-facing retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador for TurboTax locally and in the community.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and help clients achieve financial goals.
• Build long-term relationships and grow the local client base with marketing support.
