Intuit, Inc. is seeking skilled TurboTax Retail/Flagship Tax Experts to work on-site at one of our TurboTax locations in the United States. You will provide core tax preparation and expert guidance for individuals and business entities while growing a local client base.

You will collaborate with bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning resources to deliver comprehensive solutions and proactive tax planning. A front-facing retail environment and community engagement are key parts of the role.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recent federal and state business tax returns experience for at least 20 clients/season using commercial tax prep software.
• 3 seasons of personal tax prep experience, at least 30 returns per year, in a tax practice or retail setting.
• Knowledge of bookkeeping and willingness to upskill to QuickBooks ProAdvisor.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax preparation for consumer and business clients, including simple to complex returns.
• Build and manage client relationships as the primary point of contact for ongoing tax needs.
• Identify opportunities to offer bookkeeping, payroll, and other Intuit services during engagements.
