Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work onsite at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations in the United States. You will provide full service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support while engaging with clients in person.

You’ll grow the local client base, leverage marketing support, and represent the brand as a trusted financial advisor in your community. Role is non-exempt and requires on-site presence.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA/CPA/attorney license preferred.
• Must have or be able to obtain PTIN for tax filing.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional tax software.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax location, 20+ hours/week, weekends included.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador, engaging local prospects and turning them into long-term clients.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete return preparation for TurboTax customers, including complex situations.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and build trust for ongoing client relationships.
