Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location across the United States. You will advise customers, prepare taxes, and help them navigate TurboTax products while building local relationships.

This non-exempt, front-facing role requires in-person service, deep tax knowledge, and a passion for community engagement. You will wear a TurboTax uniform and contribute to a high-quality customer experience in a busy retail environment.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• Must reside within the United States.
• Must be willing to wear a TurboTax uniform.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, Sunday through Saturday, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador, representing TurboTax locally and building the client base.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience through professionalism and a client-centric approach.
